Church Explained
4 Sermons | April 12-May 3, 2026
Every week, millions of people show up to churches all across the world. While we're at church, we sing songs and listen to a sermon that's part of our worship services. But if you asked most of us why we do any of these things, we'd probably struggle to come up with an answer.

Sermon 1
Why Do We Worship?
April 12, 2026
There are times when going to church feels meaningful. And there are times when it just feels like something you do. So why do we keep showing up?
Do we keep showing up just because it's a habit or because we have a job to do at church? Or, is there something deeper going on that we need to rediscover to help us understand why we worship?
Sermon 2
Why Do We Sing?
April 19, 2026

Sermon 3
Why Is There a Sermon?
April 26, 2026

Each sermon gives us the chance to hear a word from God. And if we have the chance to hear from God, the question we need to ask is: Are we ready to listen?
Sermon 4

So what does service have to do with church? Well, believe it or not, the service part is every bit as important to the church as the worship part.
