We're often told that Christmas is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, but somehow we almost always end up feeling a little disappointed at Christmas. But none of us want to feel that way. So every year, we try whatever we can think of to avoid feeling let down at Christmas.
But what if our busy schedules, growing Christmas lists, and lofty expectations are part of the reason why we feel let down at Christmas? So maybe instead of trying to find more ways to avoid feeling disappointed this Christmas, what we really need to do is remember what Christmas is all about.
